We’re working with a client in Chicago, IL to help them identify an accomplished Bakery Scientist to head up new product initiatives that will expand this company’s product portfolio and market share.
Our ideal candidate profile
Business oriented – business acumen must be as polished as their technical acumen within Food Science, Culinary Science, Bakery Science, and Cereal Chemistry & Product Development
A track record of commercializing food products, preferably breads, pizza dough, and/or grain-based baked goods.
5+ commercial experience with Masters in Food Science, Culinary Science, Cereal Chemistry, Bakery Science, or related science from established, well-respected U.S. based academic institutions.

All-in cash compensation, including salary and bonuses, will exceed $80,000 – additional benefits will also be provided. Relocation will be provided for the individual hired.
